Andrew Augustine is a native of Russellton, Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Trumpet Performance from Carnegie Mellon University where he studied under the auspices of Anthony Pasquarelli.

After graduation, Andrew began his professional career performing with such groups as the world famous River City Brass Band, Pittsburgh New Music Ensemble, the Butler and Westmoreland Symphony Orchestra's, and Saint Vincent Chamber Orchestra.

He is the founder and principal trumpet of the "Dolce Allegro" Brass Quintet which performs at weddings, church events, graduation ceremonies, and private functions throughout the year. Mr. Augustine's schedule remains busy as a professional performer throughout Western Pennsylvania.

In addition, he has been a private instructor for over 10 years and most recently opened Around The Corner Music Studio's in Valencia, PA along with instructor Dennis Kovach. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys hockey, ice skating, friends, and family.
